Our Owner
I am the owner of Polished Pages Mobile Notary & Virtual Services LLC, proudly based in Camdenton, Missouri. I provide professional remote online notary and mobile notary services, serving clients locally throughout the Mid-Missouri area as well as remotely for individuals and businesses across the United States and around the world.
Beyond notarization, I specialize in helping individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses stay organized and financially prepared. Through my bookkeeping services, I assist clients with expense tracking, financial record organization, account reconciliation, and maintaining accurate books so they can better understand their financial position. I also help businesses estimate and prepare for quarterly tax payments, organize financial documents, and prepare tax returns to help clients stay compliant and avoid unnecessary stress during tax season.
In addition, I offer a range of virtual assistant and administrative support services designed to help businesses operate efficiently. These services include calendar and email management, document preparation and organization, spreadsheet management, data entry, client communication support, and general administrative assistance. My goal is to help business owners streamline their operations, maintain accurate financial records, and stay organized so their businesses can run smoothly throughout the year.
I am a mom of three boys ranging from 14 to 2 years old. Love to share stories with my clients and hear stories from them.
